When I try to open my lab, it says that I don't have a license

I purchased the 25$ beyondlabz a little over a week ago, but when I attempted to access my lab today it stated that I didn’t have a license. This is really frustrating since I already paid once and can’t afford to do so again. I haven’t switched computers or anything either, just tried to open my lab today and wasn’t allowed to.

We apologize- we realized we had a database issue that was affecting a few users. However, if you have antivirus software, it could have blocked the program also, so please create exceptions/exclusions for our programs if needed.

  1. In the Beyond Labz portal, log out and then hit ctrl+r (windows) or cmd+r (Mac) and log in again.

Does it work now? If not, move on to step 2.

Log into Beyond Labz again. Now can you get to your lab without the license error?
