Unable to install client software

I teach in a public HS, we’ve purchased Beyond Labz for our AP Chemistry students. IT has tried to install the Beyond Labz Connect software. This is the message they sent me:

We are having issues installing client software.

We are an Active Directory domain and students do have admin rights on our Windows laptops.

Ran the installer while logged in as an admin user.

I emailed support with no response so far.

We get a connection error when trying to connect from website logon

I’m glad you reached out! I’ve been emailing with your IT person Mark this morning. We just got off of a zoom call and he’s got it up and running and is set to get it working on the student computers.
