It says my license is active for another 200 and some days, and is available until august 26 2021. Yet every time I try and open my lab, it says I don’t have an active license

Ok, now onto your license issue!
Make sure you always open the lab through the portal website. If that still gives you the license error, try the steps below.
Refresh your browser, login and click Connect. Then Open the lab.
You just need to make sure you get Beyond Labz Connect running in the background so your license can be verifies when you open the lab.
