My old computer is dying rapidly from hardware failure, so I got a new computer today. I’m trying to release my license so that I can move it to my new computer, but nothing is happening when I hit the “release license” button. Any suggestions?
Oh I’m sorry you are having a hard time! Will you please submit a support ticket on our support page: www.beyondlabz.com/support with screenshots of your old license tab (the one you are trying to release the license from) and your new license tab (the one you are trying to add the license to)?
Then we can help you sort it out.
The Release License button doesn’t do anything currently- so that’s why it isn’t working for you
