Mac-Big Sur; Not Opening Zip File

I just finished downloading the program. It stayed stuck at 100% installed so I followed the troubleshooting video for Macs. However, after I opened the library and then proceeded to click on the zip file, it didn’t open. What am I doing wrong?

How can I get the zip file to open and to start the program on my computer?


Hi Josh,
Could you move that .zip folder to the “Trash”. Then reset your Beyond Labz Connect application by going to the top right of your screen by your wifi and battery symbol, then right-click and select “Quit”. Then go back to your and select “Connect”, you will then have the option to reinstall your lab. It sounds like it just got corrupted during the installation process.
