The lab screen is barely bigger than my credit card, while this purple background fills the rest of my screen - I can’t read the text, I can barely interact, and there is NO settings option to change this. After just paying a SECOND time to use this software on a second device since apparently our key only works once, I am getting very frustrated with this outdated, mechanically challenged lab program.
I’m so sorry you are having a hard time. You definitely don’t need to purchase our program twice!
What type of device are you using this on? I have only seen a super small screen on a phone- which our program was not designed for. You need to use a computer.
If you are using it on a chromebook and you have really high screen resolution, you may have to just adjust your screen resolution.
