I am not able to access my account using my activation code. Are you able to login your account from two different computers? I currently use it on a computer at my house but I’m trying to access my account using a different computer and not sure if that is the issue?
It should let you in as long as you have downloaded the Beyond Labz Connect program onto each computer you are trying to log into. Did you install the Connect program on the second computer?
Please try quitting the connector and reconnecting (using the flask icon on the top of the screen if you are on a Mac or the bottom of the screen if you are on a Windows).
