Hi there,

I registered for Beyondlabz using my personal email and used the activation code that was given by my lecturer successfully, however, I was informed that I was required to use my student email instead by my lecturer. I don’t see the option to change emails under account options? Can this be done?

Yes, certainly! We can change that on the backend for you. Please just email support@beyondlabz.com and explain the email you used and the email you want it switched to and we can fix it quickly!
