Can't download lab after connecting and activating license

I keep getting this error when I try to download a lab from the website. I’ve installed the connector and my activation code works fine with my license, but downloading simply won’t go.

We have the error fixed on our end. Please try installing the labs online again and let us know if you still have issues.
