When I go to license manager is says I have access to all labs, but when i try to open my chem lab it says “unable to verify any active licenses”, I dont know how to fix this problem.
I’m so sorry you are having a hard time! Things to check-
- Are you launching the lab through the portal website? You always need to launch through the website so your license transfers over to the lab.
- Can you reset your connection? Click on the flask icon- either in the top bar on a mac or bottom dock on a windows, right next to the battery & wifi symbols. Select Quit. Then refresh your browser, login & click Connect again. Now Open your labs. This time you should get in without the license error.
